Wednesday evening, June 13th, 2007 at 7:30 PM, author and long time member of the Jewish Center of Teaneck, Richard Darwick, will discuss his newly released book , "Behind The Schoolhouse Door, A Memoir of the Inner City".
Richard Darwick was an instructor and later principal in the New York City school system from 1963 through 1989, having received many awards and citations along the way.
Richard is donating copies of his book to the first 50 attendees, asking only that a $10 donation be made to the Jewish Center of Teaneck as a fundraising effort for the Center.
There is no charge for this program, and light refreshments will be served.
